Refund Policy
Effective date: July 8, 2026
Purchases of asanaDB licenses are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our merchant of record — Paddle is the seller of record on your receipt and handles the mechanics of issuing any refund back to your original payment method. This page describes asanaSoft's refund terms; Paddle's own Buyer Terms also apply to the transaction.
Perpetual Licenses (Developer, Pro)
If a one-time perpetual license doesn't work out, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 14 days, purchases are final, except where required otherwise by law. Requesting a refund deactivates the associated license.
Pro Subscriptions (monthly, per node)
You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but doesn't refund the current billing period — you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't offer prorated or partial-period refunds for early cancellation, except where required otherwise by law. If your first charge on a new subscription was made in error or you were charged unexpectedly, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we'll make it right.

Nothing to refund — it's free.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with your license ID or Paddle receipt/order number. We aim to respond within a couple of business days. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Abuse
We reserve the right to decline a refund, or to decline future sales to you, in cases of suspected abuse — for example, repeated refund requests on the same account, or requesting a refund after extensive use of a license well outside the intent of the window above.
